SLATE Spiked Out Necklace in Silver (retails at $82, member price is $65)– This spiked black necklace was by far my favorite piece this month! This necklace is unlike anything in my current jewelry collection. It has a pretty simple design, but the black color and spikes add a serious edgy look to this necklace. It takes any outfit to the next level, adding some intense bad girl vibes. I loved pairing it with girly, feminine outfits to harden up a soft sweet look.

Perry Street Adrianna Necklace (retails at $64, member price is $51)- I was a little confused by this necklace when I first saw it. Although it has a statement pendant, it’s on a long dainty chain making it awkward to style. I ended up pairing this piece with a white boyfriend tee. But I found the statement pendent to swing around a lot and looked too heavy to be on such a long chain. Overall I found this necklace to be a little awkward and only got the one use out of it.

Loren Hope Sophia Studs in Violet (retails at $34, member price is $29)- I love these studs! They are super simple and dainty. The bright violet color is great for any summer day! I found myself dressing them up with a cute white summer dress or dressing them down with jeans and a blouse. Either way, these bold studs add a punch to any summer look. And coming from Loren Hope, they are great quality and earrings I know will last!

Embroidered Romper & Tassel Clutch

Hope you had a fabulous summer solstice yesterday! I have been anxiously awaiting a nice summer day to break out this adorable embroidered romper. It might look familiar! I featured it back in my Memorial Day post and have been loving it ever since. This strapless romper is so comfortable and perfect for any casual function. The bold embroidery is enough to stand alone, but can also be a blank canvas for your favorite bright accessories! I close the latter tactic and paired this easy romper with this fun beaded tassel clutch. BTW, can you believe this clutch is only $17 from Target?!

Although I’ve been seriously loving tassels lately… (check out my bracelets!) My life saver of the summer has been my embellished espadrilles. Espadrilles are everywhere this season. I’ve seen them in flat sandal form, wedges, but mostly slip-ons. [Check out my full summer shoe guide here!] Espadrilles are so versatile! I can easily dress these up or down and walk all day in them. They are perfectly neutral and go with everything in my closet and just the right amount of sparkle for both daytime and night,

The Perfect Coral Dress for Summer

This coral dress screams summer to me. I love the bright coral color. I love the sexy off the shoulder silhouette. I love the flirty tassel trim. And most of all, I love how easy this dress is to wear.

I can see myself getting a ton of use out of this dress. Although it makes a statement, it’s super versatile. It’s easy enough to wear to a day party, to brunch with friends or even to spend the day shopping. There’s so much life packed into this dress. As soon as I put it on I wanted to spin around the room. The tassels are not only right on trend, but they add a playful element to keep the silhouette young and carefree.

I kept the accessories easy, fitting into the theme of the dress. My bracelets are all easy, summery, and have a boho feel to them. And I paired this look with my favorite wedges. These Audrey Brooke Sandals are my go-to for summer. They are surprisingly comfortable and go with everything. The gold details make these wedges feel elevated.

Perry Street Isla Necklace (retails at $64, member price is $51)– When I opened this month’s box I was in awe by this hot pink necklace. It has a simple design, but the color makes it bold and fun. It adds a ton of personality to any outfit and can hold its own with the ultra girly looks in your closet or even glam up your casual jeans and white tee. It’s the perfect mix between a statement necklace and dainty look, you definitely get your bang for your buck with this guy!

Loren Hope Palmer Necklace in Seafoam (retails at $118, member price is $94)- Although this necklace didn’t “wow” me initially, I found myself gravitating to it every morning. You wouldn’t think this mint hue would go with much in your closet, but somehow it complimented nearly everything I wore. I especially loved the longer length of the chain, making it easy to layer with different necklaces and necklines. It was by far my favorite piece this month!

Perry Street Elise Earrings (retails at $38, member price is $30)- I love these studs! The size of them is perfect. They are big enough to make a bold statement, but light enough that I don’t even notice the weight of them after a long day. The antique gold and rhinestone look makes these earrings so versatile. I ended up wearing them with gold, silver and even by themselves and got a ton of mileage out of them. They become my go-to studs for weeks!

Hats off to the Royal Ascot

For those of you not familiar with the Royal Ascot, it’s an annual horserace in the UK where the attendees might not be able to tell you who won the race, but they can tell you who designed Kate Middleton’s dress. This race dates all the way back to 1711 and some of the dress code requirements do as well! Don’t even thinking about baring your midriff or showing your knees. And hats are not only worn to make a fashion statement, they are actually required (at least 4 inches wide!). And for my homegirls in the US… the hats worn at this social event of the season put the Kentucky Derby to shame.

Farfetch put me up to the challenge of finding the perfect head-to-toe look for the upcoming Royal Ascot Race and I have been having a blast with it. I have three pieces of advice when styling a look for an event like this. (1) When an outfit is all about the accessory, start there! (2) Find the right balance of classic and trend, not costume (3) Even if there’s a dress code, don’t take it too seriously.

Have fun with it! If you feel comfortable and love your look, your confidence will give you all the swagger you need! My whole look started with this beautiful hat. The wood, burlap and floral details look like inspiration pulled right from my wedding tablescape! When I saw this hat, it immediately pulled at my heartstrings and I knew it was the one to build my look off of. Picking a dress wasn’t as easy, but I have been seriously obsessed with gingham lately. I have been scouring the streets for the perfect gingham midi skirt so once I saw this Oscar De La Renta masterpiece, my search was over. To compliment my feminine, spring look I opted for shoes that were basically made for this ensemble, Charlotte Olympia’s blue suede pumps. (and to be honest I’ve always wanted a pair of blue suede shoes!) Last but not least, I finished my look with a dainty gold bracelet and clutch. Too bad I won’t be in the UK for the race because I would totally rock this look! Summer’s Hottest | The All White Trend

Hey glamouritas! Now that summer has (unofficially) begun, it’s time to break out those white pants… and don’t stop there! Some of the hottest looks for summer are head-to-toe white and this all white trend is easy to pull off!

The absolute best thing about this trend is I’m sure you already have the perfect pieces sitting in your closet. BBQ Bound | Get Memorial Day Ready!

Being born and raised in Indianapolis, Memorial Day has always meant a few things to me… The Indy 500, tanlines and backyard barbecues. This year I unfortunately can’t make it back to Indiana to go to the Indy 500, but that doesn’t mean I can’t pick out an outfit for the race! Perry Street Eve Necklace (retails at $64, member price is $51)– I love this statement necklace! This pendent style is different than any statement piece I have in my collection. Most of my statement necklaces are bib silhouette and multi colored. This couldn’t be more different! I love the teal jeweled broach hanging from this bold gold chain. My only complaint is the condition of the necklace. I’ve never had an issue with this before, but the thick chain was a little banged up… you could tell this guy had been shipped out a few times!

Gorjana Mave Shimmer Mini Studs (retails at $30, member price is $24)- These studs are adorable! For those of you keeping track, I love Gorjana! They make great quality jewelry that lasts and you can be proud to wear! When Gorjana says mini, they mean mini! These earrings were a little small for my taste, but I love the simple design and the versatility. I got a ton of use out of them and loved pairing them back to my other Gorjana pieces.

Kendra Scott Jana Bracelet in Cobalt (retails at $80, member price is $64)- I finally got a Kendra Scott piece in my Rocksbox! I’ve been drooling over the Kendra Scott cuffs for months so I jumped for joy when I saw the Kendra Scott jewel bag in my box! It didn’t end up being one of the cuffs I was dying for, but a pretty cobalt bracelet instead. The bracelet is gorgeous and delicate in person which I loved! But I found it a little tricky to put on by myself so I didn’t get as much use out of it as I hoped.

Pink at the Palace of Versailles

Paris might be the most magical place in the world. With the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the moonlight, champagne and macarons served with every meal and of course the pink marbled walls of the Palace of Versailles, what’s not to love? We’ve seen quite a few castles in our travels around Europe and the Palace of Versailles is by far the grandest we’ve laid eyes on!

The grounds were absolutely massive! We spent the whole day wandering around taking pictures and admiring the views. We even got lost at one point! The landscaping was done impeccably, with every swirl and shape perfectly trimmed and ready for a photo op! I love picturing French royalty walking out on their terrace and taking in this view every morning. It was completely breathtaking!

We were not only shocked by the sheer size of the palace, but also by the whole “campus” of Versailles. There were restaurants and cafes (with wifi!), bicycles and boats to rent out and even tourists driving around in golf carts! If you have good eyes you might even be able to spot a couple in my pictures. We spent the whole day exploring, but you could easily spend a week or more at the palace without getting bored! Rompers and Picnics at the Beach

Crashing waves, rompers and champagne… now that’s what I’m talking about! Before our trip to Europe, my husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary at Crissy Beach in San Francisco. One of our favorite ways to experience our city is packing a yummy picnic and enjoying the sunshine.

I wore this adorable eyelet romper (previously featured here!) for our casual day at the beach and paired it with my favorite spring accessories- Leopard Sandals, a dutch braid and a perfectly packed picnic basket!
