Fall Shoe Trends | Pom Pom Shoes

Happy first Friday of fall! What’s more appropriate to focus on today than my favorite fall shoe trend, pom pom shoes? They are fun, girly and playful and to be honest, I can’t get enough!

We’ve got sandals, slippers, heels, lace-ups and even sneakers! Basically a shoe for every girl and every personality. Depending on the mood I’m in, I could find an occasion to wear them all! I want the hot pink heels for a date, the snakeskin slippers for work and the pink sneakers for running errands. And the rest for everything else!

Are you loving the pom pom shoe trend as much as I am this fall? There are a ton of amazing pom pom shoes walking the runway that you can pay an arm and a leg for, but I pulled together some great, budget friendly options that you can prance around in for a fraction of the cost! Check the out below, and share your favorites!

Summer Embroidery Trend | 2015

Summer fashion can be so fun! People seem to take themselves less seriously and wear bright colors, fun printscute tassels & poms and of course summer embroidery! I’ve noticed myself incorporating a lot of embroidery into my looks lately so I decided to do a round-up of my favorite budget friendly embroidered items to kick off your weekend!

My absolute favorites are the Lace-Up Sandals, the Geometric Tote, the Chambray Shift Dress and of course the Black Jumpsuit. The chambray shift dress is so fun and effortless and would look amazing with some of summer’s hottest shoes… the Lace-Up Gladiator Sandal! And the jumpsuit is so versatile! It’s the ideal piece to take you from day to night this summer. The silhouette and fabrication are simple making it perfect for daytime lounging, but it could look great with heels out on the town as well!

Shop some of my favorite embroidered pieces below. All of them are super affordable! Share your favorites in the comments, I would love to hear from you on this 70’s inspired trend!

Stocking Stuffers for All | 2014

Reality check! We officially have a little over a week until Christmas, are you ready?

With about one week left, I’m hoping you at least have a solid idea of what you are getting everyone on your list… if they aren’t already wrapped and under the tree. Are you having trouble deciding what to get that special someone? Check out my Top Gifts for HerTop Gifts for Him, Gift Guide for the Hostess and Gift Guide for the Girl on the Go for some quick help!

At this point in the season, I usually have all my big presents bought and my main focus is stocking stuffers. Stocking stuffers are something I just recently got into and thats because they happen to be a BIG deal for me this year- my husband and I decided to skip the presents and just fill up each other’s stockings. This has given me a perfect chance to go out on a limb and get some fun, funky and inexpensive gifts for him. I’ve had a ton of fun brainstorming ideas so I decided to pull together some of my top ideas for this 2014 stocking stuffers.

I included some girly gifts (cozy socks and beanies), some entertaining gifts (cocktail game and coasters), gifts for the techy (cord wraps and tech gloves), gifts for the lucky (lottery tickets) and gifts for the naughty (coal)!
