Happy Fourth of July everyone…almost! I hope you are lucky like me and able to take off early for the holiday weekend. Today I’m giving you a sneak peek of how I will be showing off my patriotism tomorrow!

I bought these flag shorts from Target last year, but I am seeing this idea at more and more retailers this year (including the Forever 21 shorts posted below!). Since I thought these shorts would be a disposable purchase, I shopped around to make sure I got a good deal. But, I have been pleasantly surprised with how much use I’ve gotten out of them! Between the Fourth of July, the World Cup and the Indy 500 (yes I’m from Indianapolis!), they’ve done their fair share of celebrating!
